The strap retention system on the end of the compression strap allows for ease of application. The aluminum palmar stay resists flexion of the wrist, yet there is no dorsal stay to resist extension. The universal wrist splint design fits a wide range of patient sizes. The pull-tab lacing closure allows easy application while providing uniform wrist support. The Wrist Lacer wrist splint also incorporates palmar and dorsal aluminum stays to resist flexion and extension of the wrist. The blue palmar pad, anatomically contoured design, and adjustable thumb strap provide a comfortable and supportive fit. You only need one free hand to tension and fasten the lace closure. The stockinette sleeve prevents the thumb from catching the laces and provides padding between the laces and the patient’s skin. Adjustability & Immobilization Malleable palmar and dorsal aluminum stays may be bent to the desired degree of flexion or extension. The blue palmar pad provides enhanced support by matching the contour of the depression in the palm.
