Frequently asked questions

Do you have a physical location to shop?

While we don’t have a retail store to browse in person, we do offer local pickup if you’d like to grab your order directly from us. Our location is a fulfillment and shipping warehouse, so all purchases need to be placed online first.

When will my order be delivered?

We ship nationwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. West Coast delivery takes between 2-5 business days, East Coast 4-8. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

Can I return my product?

Most orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. Must be returned with original manufacturer packaging. You can view more about that here.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Please contact us immediately from the number on your sales order or via email if you package arrives damaged.
